CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) Diamond - CVD is made from 99% pure diamond making it the hardest tool available. The near pure diamond coating ensures higher hardness, better wear resistance, smaller friction coefficient, higher thermal conductivity and better chemical and thermal stability compared to PCD alternatives.
